Each workshop includes a 90-minute session, combining movement, education, and discussion — just as delivered at the live festival. Workshops are led by expert educators and cover both practical and conceptual learning.

No. Virtual FŌMME tickets are designed as a curated education experience rather than individual workshop purchases. This maintains the integrity, depth, and value of the festival format.

Some workshops include reformer-based movement. While access to a reformer is helpful if you’d like to move along, it’s not essential — you’re welcome to observe and learn without equipment. Mats, blocks and fabric resistance bands are used in some workshops too. 

Eight workshops reflects the minimum number of sessions a ticket holder would attend across a full festival weekend. This structure ensures a cohesive learning journey rather than a one-off or fragmented experience.

Yes. You can either select one of our pre-curated ticket options or create a Custom Ticket by choosing your own eight workshops from the available 16. Simply email virtual@fomme.world with your selections.

At this stage, access cannot be extended beyond the seven-day viewing window. This timeframe is a core part of the Virtual FŌMME experience and helps maintain focus and momentum.
